Requirements, documents, and fees for PRC Online Registration

PRC Online Registration (or PRC Online Application, as others call it), requires that you prepare the following documents, items, procedures, and fees:

1. A PRC Online Applicant must have passed his/her Licensure Exam

To check if you passed your exam, please check your name in the database of Board Exam Results and Passers by visiting: All Board Exam Results.

2. Signed, accomplished, and printed Panunumpa ng Propesyonal form

This is also known as the Oath Form. You will be able to access this via the PRC’s Online Portal, Licensure Examination and Registration Information System or PRC LERIS, which we will detail in the PRC ID registration steps below.

3. Notice of Admission or NOA

4. Two (2) 2×2 ID pictures

These must be colored and in plain white background. Further more, these must show your full name tag and your collar.

5. Two (2) documentary stamps

Tip: You can buy these at the PRC office.

6. One (1) short brown envelope.

Tip: You can buy this at the PRC office.

7. Registration fee

You will be asked to pay this after setting an online appointment using the PRC website.

  • Fee for those who took board exams which require you to have attained a Bachelor’s Degree: PHP 1,050
  • Fee for those who took board exams which do not require you to have attained a Bachelor’s Degree: PHP 870

Make sure you prepare all these beforehand so you can experience a smooth and easy PRC Online Application process!

PRC Online Registration: 6 steps to register for your PRC ID

Step 1: Login or create an account at the PRC LERIS Online Portal.

By this time, you should already have a PRC LERIS account as it is what you used to apply for a spot at taking your licensure exam. So from the PRC LERIS Online Portal, just click on the SIGN IN tab and use the same email address and password you used before.

If you’ve already forgotten the password you used when you first created an account and logged in the PRC LERIS, simply email the PRC at prc.helpdesk2@gmail.com. They will help you reset your password so you can once again login.

But in case you still do not have a PRC LERIS account, you will need to create one. From the PRC LERIS Online Portal, just click on the REGISTER tab, scroll to the bottom, and click the green ACCEPT button.

Once you are presented with your preferred appointment date and time, click the PROCEED button.

Step 4: Select your preferred payment option for the registration fee.

To finalize your PRC Registration appointment, you must select your preferred payment method for your PRC Application.

You have 3 payment options to choose from:

  • PRC – Cashier
  • Bancnet /Land Bank / GCash
  • UCPB (United Coconut Planters Bank)

a. PRC – Cashier

If you want to pay at the PRC Office you selected on the date of your appointment, select this option.

Take note of the full amount that you will have to pay on your PRC Registration appointment date and click SUBMIT.

Note: While this payment option will not require you to shell out money immediately, keep in mind that you will most probably have to deal with a line at the cashier of your selected PRC office. A potential disadvantage of this is that this line might be long and time consuming.

b. Bancnet /Land Bank / GCash

If you want to pay your PRC registration fees online and you have an account with GCash, Land Bank, or a Bancnet-affiliated bank, select this payment option.

Just have your card or account details ready and follow the ensuing instructions so you can finalize your online payment.

Note: Most banks are affiliated with Bancnet so this is most probably an issue that you don’t have to worry about. To see Bancnet member banks, see: Bancnet Member Banks

c. UCPB

If there is a UCPB branch near your area, then you can also consider paying your PRC application fees there.

Select this payment option and retrieve the reference number. Bring this reference number to a teller of the UCPB branch and pay your fee there.

Step 5: Print your Panunumpa ng Propesyonal form.

Once you’ve finished with the previous step and your payment has been validated, you will be able to print your Panunumpa ng Propesyonal form. You will need to submit this as one of the documents required during your appointment.

After you submit your requirements, you will be asked to sign on the Roster of Registered Professionals. In return, you will be given the scheduled of your oath taking and a claim receipt for retrieving your PRC ID once it is ready.

Tip: You will be able to claim your PRC ID five (5) working days after the oath taking date.
